Contact made from school, parent or EGL facilitator, which may include a visit to our Centre(s).

Term Three

• Meet with concerned parties at respective school for transition meeting.
• Manager and vocational support person to visit school to meet client in the school environment.
• Dates set for transition visit to respective Centre.

Term Four

• Transition visits (usually a half day) will commence with support from respective school – 2 to 3 visits.
• Student continues with the half day visits as set  but with no school staff support.
• Students will have one or two whole day transition visits.

NEW YEAR – STUDENT WILL START FULL TIME …

Open Hours – Monday to Friday 9:30am – 3:00pm
(please note that individual centres finish at 2:30pm to allow for a full staff meeting)
Monday – Kaiapoi 
Wednesday – Hoon Hay 
Thursday – Bishopdale

Transport during the day is included as part of an individual’s programme. However, it is the family’s or residential provider’s responsibility to transport the young person to and from the Centre each day.
